KINEMATICS AEROSPACE & DEFENSE LLP

Kinematic Aerospace & Defense, LLP (KAAD) is a Start Up and MSME, incorporated on 22 Nov 2022, under Section 12(1) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 of India, engaged in indigenous design & development of aerospace and defence hardware and software, and manufacturing them by creating suitable clusters of MSMEs with core competencies in appropriate areas. KAAD is also engaged in project conceptualisation, promoting joint ventures, collaborations, strategic partnerships and import substitution. Maj P V Krishnan is the CEO and has served in the artillery branch of the Indian Army for about 18 years, of which four years were in the Weapons & Equipment Directorate of Army HQs. He is M Sc Tech (Weapon Systems), M. Sc Tech (Mil Tech), & MBA (Strategic Materials Management).

It envisages undertaking projects under Make-in-India, IDDM, TDF, iDEX Challenges, I R&D projects under DFPDS 2021, and projects with private industry and academic institutions.
