Co-founder and over 25 years of experience in the project management specializing in Defence Sales, play a key leadership role in driving the sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the execution of Defence sales initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of Defence sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Oversee the negotiation of Defence contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience in handling complete tender procurement cycle in Army / Navy / Air Force starting from preparing responses to RFI/EOI/RFP, formulating technical & commercial bids, conducting trials, participating in price negotiation and finally signing of contract. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address contractual and compliance issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of Defence sales initiatives.
