Has been building & managing teams to execute programs with a focus on delivering results while balancing the interests of stakeholders for growth of organization. Recognises and seizes opportunities for operational efficiency and bottom-line impact and received several awards during the years.
Has taken up increasing responsibilities in the areas of Software & Hardware Engineering, Program Management, Supply chain & Procurement, Customer support and Bids & Proposals. Worked with companies like Macmet, TSI, Siemens, TCE, CAE and Presagis. Most recent being Head of operations for entire Middle East & Asia-pacific with focus on engineering and program management while being responsible for India Defence business. Has been a part of every simulator available in India either in design & development or maintenance. For example, Simulators for Jaguar, Hawk, An32, Dornier 228, Mig 21, Mig 27, Sea Harrier, BEL412, Dauphin, ALH, Cheetah, Tactical Trainers, Power Systems Simulators, War gaming Systems, Su30, Ground Vehicles MBT Arjun, BMP2, T90 and T72.
Has strong business awareness & capability to derive solutions to meet the customer needs through effective team management and interface with customers from concept to contracts. Experience in leading programs that involve multi-functional and multi-cultural teams and building teams to deliver bids for multiple domains and increasing the production capability.
